These one-on-one training sessions are ideal
for new clients with low exercise capacity (less
than 5 METS on an aerobic capacity assessment)
or for those individuals seeking a more
personalized environment.
CHIP graduates are also welcome to book private
sessions as needed to update their exercise
programs.
Possibility to do live web-based training
SCHEDULE: Visits are conducted in our fitness
facility. Appointments are available for 30-60
minutes. Scheduling is flexible.
