Lisa is a registered
dietitian who specializes in nutrition for
heart health, diabetes, intuitive eating,
eating disorders and senior’s health. She
holds a Bachelors in Nutritional Science
from McGill University. She has been a
part of the CHIP team since 2008.
Lisa uses motivational interviewing to
guide her clients in adopting mindful
eating skills and other food habit changes
they seek. Lisa’s clients enjoy a
positive, nurturing and goal-focused
environment where they find invaluable
resources to nurture their relationship
with food and enjoy the benefits of
healthy eating.
Lisa truly believes that food doesn't have
to be rigid or militant; food should be
both nourishing AND satisfying. She
strives to be an ally in her client's
journey towards healthier eating and
living.
