CHIP for TEENS is designed to address the needs of overweight teenagers through a specific combination of health and lifestyle activities.
Individual health assessments are conducted by our expert team of physicians, dietitians, psychologists and exercise physiologists. Once we determine the individual needs of each teenager, we design a customized summer program. We then monitor each teenager’s progress and equip them with the knowledge and skills they need to lose weight and improve their health. 

The CHIP 4 Teens Group Program   

  • 3 days/week from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
  • Specialized fitness programs geared for teens
  • A variety of non-competitive sports at the McGill University Sports Complex
  • Field trips around Montreal
  • Weekly sessions with our psychologist and dietician
  • Hands-on cooking classes focusing on nutritious, delicious meals and snacks

Follow-up assessments are conducted by our team at the end of the program. There are also opportunities for monthly sessions throughout the year.
